Goes very nicely indeed with roast or grilled meat dishes, though it doesn't keep in the fridge
200g watercress leaves
1 tsp creamed horseradish sauce or 2 tsp fresh horseradish root, chopped very finely
Chop the watercress leaves very very finely. Add horseradish, stir well and then either heat briefly in a microwave or warm slowly in a pan until the watercress has wilted, then season to taste
